UX Strategy and Ideation
Overview:
this work consisted of partnering with Lululemon’s internal design team to deliver for feature explorations that would:
Improve on current app experience for in store clerks
Find improved methods of surfacing customer information, in app
Add additional use cases to app experience (adding gift cards, removing gift cards)
Finding new methods of customer onboarding and retention
Deliverables for this work consisted of:
Creating low and high-fidelity wireframes
Creating clickable prototypes
Collaborating with internal and external cross-functional partners (Researchers, PO, Dev)
Creating user flows
High level UX strategy
Scenarios were mocked up in UI as feature explorations. We created an initial set of possible executions with multiple variations. this was done with the intention of conducting user tests to validated some of our initial assumptions and see which solutions felt the most intuitive, viable, and preferable to the in-store clerks.
Outcomes:
After successfully capturing each scenario, aligning internally on each direction, and creating mockups we were ready to take the explorations into user testing with the in-store clerks.
